WEES’s Energy Efficiency Group is an energy conservation engineering and project management team focused on assessing, developing, engineering, and managing commercial energy efficiency projects. Specifically, projects include commercial building energy audits, project scope development, equipment specifications and ROI analyses. We work with local utilities on incentive programs, present project analyses and provide turnkey energy efficiency project solutions for our customers. Our focus is on high ROI lighting, mechanical and energy management systems.
Headquartered in Worcester, Massachusetts, with a branch office located in Cromwell, Connecticut, WEES is primarily focused on serving commercial, industrial, and institutional customers in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
We are seeking a highly motivated, results driven sales rep that will work on identifying lighting efficiency opportunities in commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. The successful candidate will develop energy saving recommendations and cost estimates, then present findings to customers and close deals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in energy efficiency lighting and/or Sales experience. A background in energy efficiency is helpful but we are willing to train a candidate with proven sales experience that possess the dedication and commitment to succeed. Candidate must be highly motivated, an effective communicator and be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
The positions will require travel within assigned territory to visit customers, conduct on-site assessments, and propose projects via a consultative sales process to close deals.
